Job Role:

Overlook is seeking a talented Project Manager who's comfortable both behind the computer and in front of our clients. This candidate would utilize technology on a daily basis to plan projects, manage budgets, and coordinate teams—using their incredible people skills to manage every aspect of the job to ensure an incredible homebuilding experience for our clients!

In this position, you will:

• Lead residential construction projects end-to-end.

• Need to be comfortable working with plans, collaborating with people, organizing tasks, managing large budgets, and keeping everyone accountable to a schedule.

• Be able to anticipate problems/opportunities before they become bottlenecks.

• Understand how construction budgets work, specifically when it comes to estimating, contingencies, and clearly communicating cost implications to our our clients.

• Build positive relationships with clients, internal team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Problem solve onsite, providing necessary hands-on input to maintain schedules and quality.
  

Qualifications:

• An inquisitive mind that is always searching for new and exciting solutions.

• A positive outlook and attitude.

• Extensive experience in residential construction projects.

• Broad knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of safety and building regulations.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

• A unique ability to galvanize, support, and engage with people.

• A degree or relevant qualification in construction management, architecture, or related field is preferred. However, we are more interested in skills that aren’t exclusive to the field of construction.

• An appreciation of authenticity and integrity of enduring craftsmanship.
