Two things worth confirming before you start. This role requires being in the greater Chapel Hill area — the schedule is flexible, the geography isn't. And we're looking specifically for custom or high-end renovation experience. If you've run production or commercial work, it's a different job than this one, and we'd rather say so now than at the end of a process.
