Job Role:

This isn’t final portfolio photography — it’s weekly behind-the-scenes and jobsite capture with a creative eye. One day a week, you’ll document real progress across our active job sites: job progress, construction details, and the crews at work. Your images (and videos) feed our weekly client updates and social platforms, so clarity comes first and craft stays close behind. We’re looking for someone consistent and dependable, week to week.

In this position, you will:

• Shoot about 1 day a week, 3-4 hours total, visiting each of our jobsites.

• Capture weekly progress and behind-the-scenes

• Deliver a photo/video feed for our weekly client updates and social platforms.

• Keep a consistent, dependable turnaround week to week.

Qualifications:

• A strong photographic eye, comfortable in changing outdoor light and active jobsite conditions.

• Your own camera equipment (ideally).

• Reliable and dependable — this role lives on week-to-week consistency.

• Based in or near the Hillsborough/Chapel Hill area.

• Comfortable following basic jobsite safety on active construction sites.

• Bonus: architectural, real-estate, or documentary-style photography experience.
